Old Photograph Golf Course Balfron Scotland

Old photograph of the golf course in Balfron located 18 miles West of Stirling, Scotland. The first 9 hole course was established in 1905 on Tornbrake Farm. It operated until 1939, when the club was dissolved and the land was requisitioned for agricultural use to support the war effort. The new 9 hole course officially opened on 4 July 1994.
