Tour Scotland Video Photograph Blue Poppy Branklyn Garden Perth Perthshire

Tour Scotland video of a Blue Poppy on visit to Branklyn Garden in Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. Meconopsis grandis, nicknamed the Blue Poppy, although it is only poppy-like, is a genus of flowering plants in the family Papaveraceae. It was first described by French botanist Viguier in 1814. These plants are commonly found in the Himalayas. This is one of my favourite Scottish gardens with a wonderful collection of rhododendrons, alpines, and herbaceous. A must visit if you are in Perth.
