Tour Scotland Photograph Adder


Tour Scotland photograph of an Adder in the Highlands of Scotland. The adder is the only venomous snake native to Britain. Adders have the most highly developed venom injecting mechanism of all snakes, but they are not aggressive animals. It is widespread in Scotland but is absent from the Outer Hebrides, the Central Lowlands and the Northern Isles.
