Tour Scotland Winter morning travel video of a morning road trip drive in snow, with Scottish music, from the village of Scone where I live, to visit the city centre of the Fair City of Perth, Perthshire. Further travel disruption from snow and ice has hit the UK as the temperature plummeted to its lowest in a decade. The Weather forecast suggests more heavy snow in Edinburgh, Dundee, Fife, Perth, Stirling and surrounding areas of Scotland. During the coronavirus pandemic I have been a volunteer driver doing some shopping etc; for elderly Scots. From Tuesday 5 January, mainland Scotland moved from Level 4 to a temporary Lockdown. Examples of reasonable excuses to go out include essential shopping, including essential shopping for a vulnerable person.
