Green View is a most charming traditional cottage centrally located within the heart of Elie. The property over looks Elie green and is only a few hundred yards from the beach. The local shops and most amenities are at the other side of the village green and could hardly be more convenient. Internally the property has been sympathetically renovated providing attractive comfortable accommodation on two levels. The ground floor accommodation comprises; entrance vestibule with room for golf clubs etc, dual aspect living room/dining room with an open working fire,and gas central heating. There is a door giving access from the dining area into the sunny courtyard garden,which has a barbeque. An inner hall gives access to one bedroom, the family bathroom and modern well equipped kitchen, featuring a slate floor, dishwasher and washer dryer

Elie has 9 and 18 hole golf courses, tennis club, sailing club and 3 fantastic beaches. Close to St Andrews and about an hour from Edinburgh. Surrounded by its private garden yet bang in the centre of Elie, opposite the deli, once you have stayed here you will not want to stay anywhere else. Elie is simply the best beach and golf village in Scotland.

Treescape is set in the landscaped grounds of the magnificent 17th century Elie House, this beautiful villa near St Andrews is your boutique holiday home in the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland. Sleeping up to ten, Treescape offers style and luxury in a land of sandy beaches and challenging golf links. Inside, the house is beautifully furnished and equipped. There are five bedrooms in all: one master with ensuite and king-size bed and Tempur mattress; three further bedrooms can be set-up with either twin beds or as super-kings; and a fifth bedroom with hand crafted oak bunks and full-size Tempur mattresses. One bedroom is on the ground floor and has its own ensuite.

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom, cloakroom, kitchen and a separate dining room, there is also a private courtyard to the back of the property with garden furniture and a Bbq, the first floor comprises the sitting room, master bedroom with king bed a bathroom and separate shower room, on the second floor there is a double bedroom with king bed and a twin bedroom and shower room with WC and washbasin.

Ingleside Cottage is an detached annexe to Ingleside, the main house. There is direct access onto the 9 hole golf course beyond which is the 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and bowling green. The beach is 100 yards away where there are water sports and sailing facilities. The cottage has a living, dining,kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room.
