Old photograph of Kynachan Lodge by Tummel Bridge, Highland Perthshire, Scotland. Historically, the Kynachan area supported a much larger population than it does today. Two hundred and fifty years ago, nearly 300 people lived on the rugged moors here, making a living off the poor soil.
