Old Photograph Clog Maker Barrhead Scotland

Old photograph of a Clog maker in a cottage in Barrhead, East Renfrewshire, near Glasgow, Scotland. Clogs were used by many workers working in the various Scottish industries, including brickmaking and associated trades. Clog makers were known as Clogger. Scottish birch was one of the favoured woods for making these wooden soled footwear.
