Tour Scotland video of the start of the 20 mile Pink Ribbonwalk on the grounds of Scone Palace, by Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. Noon on Saturday 18th May 2013 The Pink Ribbon walkers leaving from where the Kings of Scotland were once crowned and anointed. Well done to all those who were walking at this public event to support people living with breast cancer. Breast Cancer Care relies on the generosity of people like you to fund our expert support and information for people living with breast cancer in the UK, please support them. From the front of the historic Scone Palace the walkers headed to the banks of the River Tay before a short uphill section through Scone Wood and into the village of New Scone. There they continued along forest trails through Muirward Wood until they reached the ruins of Cambusmichael Church. From there they dropped down to the tree-lined banks of the River Tay and take in the wonderful views along the scenic river path before returning to Scone Palace. This was a fundraising event to help Breast Cancer Care support people living with breast cancer.
