Tour Scotland video shot this afternoon of a Wedding Piper in St Andrews, Fife, Scotland. A bagpiper outside St Salvator's Chapel on North Street, St Andrews. The name St Salvator is a reference to Jesus Christ and the former college for which the chapel was built founded by Bishop Kennedy. The Chapel hosts wedding ceremonies for a large number of the university's alumni.
