Ivy Cottage is a beautiful highland cottage set in 110 acres of its own land on the banks of the river Lochy. Enjoying uninterrupted views up and down the Great Glen, Ivy has recently had a new ground source heat pump central heating system fitted, so guarantees a warm reception for its guests. Situated 10 minutes north of Fort William Ivy's sitting room with open fire, large kitchen dinning room, and large under floor heated walk in drying room enable guests with any outdoor activity in mind, whether Hiking, Fishing, Skiing or Mountain Biking to relax and unwind regardless of the elements in total comfort and warmth. Gran's House is a beautifully appointed traditional cottage on the shore at the Head of Loch Torridon commanding stunning views of Loch Torridon as well as the surrounding majestic mountains.The area is renowned as one of, if not the finest in the Scottish Highlands. The house has been in the family for generations and has recently been refurbished to a high standard creating a home perfect for holidays. It is an ideal base for hill climbing, walking, fishing, water sports and boat trips. The house provides comfortable, homely accommodation for six people. On the ground floor there is a large dining/living room with wood burning stove, logs included, and a separate sitting room with TV and WIFI. Clumlie is a luxury apartment which can sleep 4 and is located in Dunrossness just south of the village of Levenwick and approximately 1 mile from the main bus route. We are a quarter of a mile from the east coastline with spectacular cliff walks with an abundance of birds, seals and occasional whale sightings. Clumlie Loch is half a mile away for those interested in fishing. We have many beautiful white sandy beaches nearby, with the famous St Ninian's tombolo a short drive away. Our area has a rich wealth of archaeological sites, including three ancient brochs within walking distance. There is a 16-metre swimming pool 8 miles away in Sandwick. There are two local hotels a short drive away if you choose to eat out. We have a croft with sheep and if you are here in spring you could experience " live lambing " if you choose.

Harray's Hoose and Peedie Harray's are two semi-detached cottages overlooking Harray Loch, central to the West Mainland of Orkney. The cottages are exceptional renovations of traditional stone-built Orkney croft houses. Perfect for romantic getaways, the one bedroomed cottages are cosy and comfortable. Dogs welcome by prior arrangement please. Multi-fuel stoves in the lounges add to the relaxed homely atmosphere. Both have private outside garden spaces with stunning views over the loch. Harray Loch is famous for trout fishing, there are fishing boats for hire at nearby hotel, or else you can just walk down to the loch shore. Cottages are also well placed to explore our local archaeological sights, Brodgar, the newest dig that is causing excitement with archaeologists the world over.

2 The Noust is a 1 bedroom cottage in the picturesque village of St Margarets Hope. The property consists of downstairs a fully fitted kitchen and living area with a sofa bed. Upstairs is the bedroom with king size bed and separate w/c shower room. Free wi/fi. There is ample free parking outside. The property is less than 1/2 mile away from the ferry that goes to Gills Bay and 7 miles from the John O Groats ferry and on the bus route which has a regular service to Kirkwall and Stromness. The village of St Margarets Hope has shops, pubs, post office, fish and chip van and award winning restaurant. There is a 9 hole golf course, tennis court , bowling green, 2 play parks and a fitness suite all within walking distance of The Noust. There is ample free parking available.

Cunningair has 4 double bedrooms and can comfortable accommodate 6 but can sleep up to 8. Ideally situated on the outskirts of Kirkwall, you will be staying in the perfect accommodation centrally located for travelling all over Orkney. A great base for your travels throughout Orkney. all of our accommodation is within walking distance of Kirkwall town centre, St Magnus Cathedral, the Bishops and Earls Palaces, Tankerness House Museum, the Orkney Library, Highland Park and Scapa Beach. Wideford Hill and Waulkmill Bay are only a short drive away.


Harbour Cottage
sits less than 5 minutes from gorgeous Aikerness Sands in the village of Evie.The cottage offers quaint, cosy and well equipped accommodation. The kitchen in newly fitted and stocked with everything you might need. The cottage comfortably sleeps four people. There's a lovely master room with a king-sized bed and a bright twin - both with sea views. There's also a peedie en-suite shower room and a family bathroom as well as a comfortable sitting room and a sunny conservatory. The garden looks towards the sea and unlike many gardens in Orkney has a lovely sheltered area to the front. In addition, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and free wi-fi.

Sherwood Cottage is a traditional 2 bedroom stone cottage in a small village 3 miles from ferry terminal of St Margaret's Hope. Downstairs accommodation compromises large kitchen/diner, lounge with log burning stove, family bathroom and large room for storing wet outdoor clothes/boots etc. Upstairs has large double room with ensuite shower room and a twin room with dressing room/nursery off. Parking for one car on driveway and plenty additional parking on street outside. Very large enclosed garden. Burray Village has a hotel with bar/restaurant serving meals, a shop stocking essential items and a public bus stop to St Margaret's Hope (3 miles), Kirkwall (10 miles) and Stromness (26 miles) all within 5 minutes walk. Wee Blairbeg is a single storey cottage attached to Blairbeg House providing a private, quiet base for your holiday. The cottage sleeps 4 people in 1 double room and 1 twin room. There is an open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area, Shower Room and full gas central heating. All of the following are provided free of charge - WIFI wireless internet access, electricity, gas, bed linen and towels. For those of you who wish to bring your bicycles, there is a lockable bike store at the rear. Off road parking is provided directly adjacent to the cottage.

Thorncliffe Cottage offers very comfortable accommodation for one or two people. The Cottage has fantastic views over Brodick Bay and Goatfell and is only 5 minutes walk from the ferry. There is a small enclosed area with outdoor furniture that is for sole use of guests and faces due south so any sun can be enjoyed here. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a wet room, a living/dining room and double bedroom. The cottage has electric central heating. To the rear there is a large storage area with tumble dryer where golf clubs, bikes etc. can be stored securely. Linen and towels are provided and there is on road parking.



Westwood is located on the North end of the island 30 minutes from the Brodick ferry terminal and next to the Lochranza small ferry that runs to and from Kintyre. A large 2 storey house with 5 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, 1 bathroom with separate shower 1 WC downstairs, lounge ,dining room,large kitchen and utility. Perfectly situated next to the seafront with pub,and golf course, whisky distillery and ferry close by. Watch the yachts sailing into the loch and deer grazing by the 13th century Lochranza Castle.

Benview, formerly a farm steading known as Mid Kiscadale Croft, sits above the picturesque village of Whiting Bay. The charming attached farm workers cottage has been restored lovingly to a high standard retaining many of the original features which characterise this sort of property.

Heathdale is a stone built,detached house in Brodick, Isle of Arran, full of character and traditional features, with driveway space for 3 cars and located overlooking the golf course, with easy walks to the village and the beach. Heathdale is ideal for golfing and hill walking breaks and for extended family use, with 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which are family rooms with additional single beds. 3 of the double bedrooms are on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor, one of which is accessed through the family double, adjoining the kitchen, though there is also external access from the driveway.. There is additionally, a bunk room, designed for childrens' use, with 2 bunk beds.

Ar Fasgadh is a modern 3 bedroom timber clad lodge set within the grounds of Torbeg Country Lodges in Shiskine, Isle of Arran, The property was built to a high standard and has an open plan lounge, kitchen, , dining area, utility room and 3 bedrooms which comfortably sleep 7. The lodge is well furnished with Smart TV, Sky+ Satellite TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii and Wi-Fi. The dining area has an extendable table with seating for 8 and the kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker and hob, fridge and a dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, freezer and microwave with additional grill and fan oven facility. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with an ensuite shower room, Bedroom 2 has a double bed and Bedroom 3 has a triple bunk, double bed and single bed.
