Old photograph of cottages in South Scousburgh, Shetland Islands, Scotland. Scousburgh is a small community in the South Mainland of Shetland, overlooking the picturesque Scousburgh Sand, and Spiggie Loch. From Scousburgh a road leads up the hill to the site of the former Mossy Hill army base.

Old Photograph Ollaberry Shetland Scotland
Old photograph of Ollaberry, Shetland Islands, Scotland. Ollaberry mostly lies around the shore of Yell Sound, looking out to sea. Historically it was a couple of very small hamlets, defined by the names Lower Ollaberry and Upper Ollaberry. The upper was a few crofts and cottages that were cleared in the 19th century.

Old Photograph Golfers 1st Tee Golf Course Lossiemouth Scotland
Old photograph of golfers on the 1st Tee of the Golf Course in Lossiemouth, Scotland. The course is considered to be one of the finest links courses in Scotland. A classic links designed by Old Tom Morris from St Andrews, Fife. The town is located on the most northerly point of the south coast of the Moray Firth, at the mouth of the River Lossie. To the west of the town are a sandy beach, golf links and the Royal Air Force station, RAF Lossiemouth.
