Tour Scotland photograph shot this morning of the Millais Viewpoint by the River Tay, Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. This unique sculpture by Timothy Shutter, 1997, can be found on looking west across the Tay from the Perth Sculpture Trail. One of Millais' famous pictures is "Autumn Leaves" and these form part of the frame. The cut corners refer to immortality and are reminders of Effie Gray, Millais' wife. John Everett Millais painted many of his famous works in Perth.

Tour Scotland photograph shot this morning of the Queen's Bridge over the River Tay, Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. The River Tay is very high this morning, the result of all the recent storms with heavy rain. The Queen's Bridge was opened by Queen Elizabeth II in October 1960, to replace the old Victoria Bridge.
