Its battalion headquarters is based in Perth and has had close connections with the local area for many years. Its detachments are to be found in Aberdeen, Dumbarton, Dundee, Dunoon, Inverness, Keith, Kirkcaldy, Peterhead, Stirling, Stornoway and Wick.

Photograph 7Scots Medal Ceremony Perth Scotland

Photograph of the 7Scots Medal ceremony in Perth, Scotland. Sixteen soldiers from 7Scots, the Territorial Army battalion of the Royal Regiment of Scotland were presented with medals today. Most received The Operational Service Medal Afghanistan, which is issued to soldiers who have served in Afghanistan.
