Tour Scotland very short 4K Spring travel video clip of a Scotsman wearing a Kilt and and Sporran and walking amongst daffodils in the auld kirk churchyard on ancestry, genealogy, history visit and trip to the coast of St Monans in the East Neuk of Fife, Britain, United Kingdom. It is widely considered one of the most dramatic and picturesque burial grounds in Scotland, sitting just 60 feet from the sea's edge. This ancient section surrounds the 14th century church, which was founded by King David II as a thanks offering for surviving a shipwreck or a battle wound, depending on the legend. Many of the older graves tell tragic stories of local fishermen lost at sea, including the 35 seamen who perished in a single 1875 hurricane. The churchyard has appeared in several films, including The Railway Man and the 2016 remake of Whisky Galore!. Of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to visit one day. Find things to see and do in Scotland where you are always welcome. The date for astronomical Spring is 20th March, ending on 21st June
