Tour Scotland wee video of old photographs of Ardrishaig, a lochside village at the southern eastern entrance to the Crinan Canal in Argyll and Bute in the west of Scotland. The village is on the side of a hill bordering Loch Fyne immediately to the south of Lochgilphead. Ardrishaig harbour's first pier was built in 1873. To its north side is the Crinan Canal sea lock and to the south are pontoons and anchorage for boats. The village was a filming location for the television series A Mug's Game. Of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to visit one day
