Tour Scotland short 4K wildlife camera travel video clip, with Scottish music, of Barnacle Geese and White fronted Geese on visit to Dumfries and Galloway, Britain, United Kingdom. The barnacle goose is a medium sized, sociable goose, with black head, neck and breast with creamy white face. This contrasts with the white belly, blue grey barred back and black tail. It flies in packs and long lines, with a noisy chorus of barking or yapping sounds. Most barnacle geese are in Scotland firstly in Autumn between October and March. The white fronted goose is a grey goose, bigger than a mallard and smaller than a mute swan. Adults have a large white patch at the front of the head around the beak and bold black bars on the belly. The legs are orange and the Greenland birds have orange bills. This species does not breed in the United Kingdom. Find things to see and do in Scotland where you are always welcome.
