In a picturesque setting, this rectangular church in the local red Keithick sandstone has Gothic windows and a stone spired octagonal belfry on the south side. Originally built as Burrelton Free Church in 1854 it has been Church of Scotland since 1929, it united with Cargill in 1980 when the west entrance and steps were added. Burrelton village is located about 12 miles from Perth and 15 miles from Dundee. It is joined onto another smaller village, Woodside.
