Tour Scotland travel video clip, with Scottish music, of the bay and beach on visit to the coast at Dunnet in Caithness in Northern Scottish Highlands. A sweeping arc of white sandy beach backed by rolling sand dunes. Stretching for over 2 miles, the bay is fairly sheltered from the elements of windy weather. The bay is a haven for many types of seabirds including oystercatchers, eider ducks, curlew and ringed plover. The beach is also a great place to hunt for shells with many whelks and razor shells on the sand.
