Old Photograph Bathing Pool Den of Alyth Scotland

Old photograph of the Bathing Pool on the Alyth Burn in the Den of Alyth a 22 hectare woodland on the western edge of Alyth, Perthshire, Scotland. Den is from the Scots word meaning wooded glen. The Den of Alyth is notable for being naturally seeded and directly descended from the original deciduous woodland that once covered great swathes of lowland Scotland.
