Old Photograph Duffus Park Cupar Fife Scotland

Old photograph of the gardens in Duffus Park, Cupar, Fife, Scotland. Mr J. C. Duffus donated the park to the town and had been a Freeman of the Burgh. The surname Duffus was first found in Perthshire, Gaelic: Siorrachd Pheairt, former county in the present day Council Area of Perth and Kinross, located in central Scotland, where one of the first records of the name was Duncan Duff who was witness to a charter in 1275. History Blog post of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to travel and visit one day.
