Tour Scotland Video Storm Barbara River In Spate Highland Perthshire

Tour Scotland video of a river in spate due to heavy rainfall on visit to Highland Perthshire, Scotland. Storm Barbara battered Scotland with 90mph winds and very heavy rain just before Christmas. This was the second named storm of the Winter season.
