Old Photograph Golf Course Monifieth Scotland

Old photograph of golfers on the golf course in Monifieth by Dundee, Scotland. Records show golf being played at Monifieth as early as 1639, with church records noting parishioners playing on Sundays. Monifieth is close to Barry links, which is where Sir Robert Maule, the first links golfer, is reported to have played golf in 1527.
