Old Photograph Railway Station Leith Scotland

Old photograph of a steam train in a railway station in Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland. Leith formerly hosted several railway stations, with Leith Central and North Leith being the most prominent. They served as vital passenger and freight links for the port but were largely rendered obsolete by competition from trams, closing between 1947 and 1972. Today, the area is served by Edinburgh Trams.
