Tour Scotland video of a Lone Piper at the International Folk Dance Festival on visit to Falkland Palace in Fife, Scotland. Sadly the dance performances in the Palace Gardens had to be cancelled due to heavy rain. The rain not deter this lone Scottish bagpiper from Dunedin Dancers from Edinburgh.
