Old photograph of cottages and houses on Lightlands Terrace in Wigtown, Scotland. The town served as a medieval stronghold and port, but is infamously known for the 1685 drowning of the Covenanter Martyrs, Margaret Wilson and Margaret Maclauchlan, for refusing to conform to the state church.
