Tour Scotland Video Rob Roy Pipe Band Highland Games Perth Perthshire



Tour Scotland travel video of The Rob Roy Pipe Band, from Kingston, Ontario, Canada, playing bagpipes music at the Scottish Highland Games on history visit and trip to Perth, Perthshire. The pipe band was establish in 1953 with about 10 members, including seven bagpipers and three drummers. The band got its name from Rob Roy MacGregor, who lived in Scotland from 1671 to 1734 and is an iconic figure to the Scots. The band wears the red, green and white MacGregor clan tartan on its kilts.
