Tour Scotland video of the City of St Andrews Pipe Band at the Pipe Band Competition on visit to the Scottish Highland Games in Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. The Band was formed in 1972 and is based in St Andrews in the North East of Fife. It first competed in 1974 and since those early days has competed at all levels and won many contests and major championships. The Band wears Red Erskine tartan.
