Tour Scotland Self Catering Holiday Cottage Recommendations Kilmun

Tour Scotland self catering holiday cottage recommendations in Kilmun near Dunoon, Scotland.

Woodend Cottage is an idyllic haven for your getaway, located in Kilmuin nearby Dunoon. Sleeping up to six adults in three large comfortable double bedrooms. The original building, built in the 1880's, has been modernized and beautifully furnished to the highest standard offering an excellent level of comfortable accommodation.

Old Kilmun House is a lovely, luxurious holiday home picturesquely situated in two and a half acres of private gardens at the side of the Holy Loch in the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park in Argyllshire. We've tried to make it more luxurious and better equipped than our own house, so that even a wet weekend will be a comfortable and memorable one. Jamie Oliver stayed in it last year and featured it in his Around Britai' TV series. The house is well situated for sight seeing around the West Coast. The immediate area is renowned for some of the best walking in Scotland, and it's a great base for fishing, riding, and shooting, golf, sailing or cycling. We've put in 6 fishing rods, 8 bikes for different sizes (with helmets), and 4 bags of golf clubs.

The Coach House nestled on the shore front has been designed to make the most of this stunning location, with a large sun lounge with dining room that gives you views over the Holy Loch and the surrounding hills. Comfortably furnished in a traditional style this self catering holiday house is a perfect base to explore this beautiful region. There are three bedrooms: a double downstairs with French doors to the garden and a twin and double bedroom upstairs. Upstairs also features another lounge area , ideal for children. There's a downstairs cloakroom with shower and WC and a main bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Bed linen and duvets are included. Please note towels are not included, please bring your own.
