Tour Scotland Winter video of the Dam in Pitlochry, Perthshire, Scotland. The dam across the River Tummel after heavy rain these past few days in Perthshire. This dam led to the formation of Loch Faskally and was constructed between 1947 and 1950 as part of the Tummel Hydro-Electric Power Scheme.
