Tour Scotland Winter Video Flooding River Isla Perthshire

Tour Scotland Winter video of flooding from the River Isla at Isla Bridge, Perthshire, Scotland. The River Isla is a tributary of the River Tay in Angus and Perthshire, Scotland. It runs for 46 miles through the Kirkton of Glenisla and Strathmore. The river had burst its banks at Isla Bridge after two days of heavy rain in Perthshire. This bridge carries the A93 public road over the River Isla, which here forms the boundary between the parishes of Cargill and Caputh.
