Tour Scotland Winter video shot this morning of heavy rain and flooding by Swilcan Bridge on the Old Golf Course in St Andrews, Fife, Scotland. A solitary seagull was my only company when I shot this video, my tour guests were in the nearby golf shops acquiring gifts to take back to the USA.
