Old photograph of Loch Skiport, South Uist, Outer Hebrides, Scotland. A sealoch on the eastern coastline of South Uist in the Western Isles, Loch Skiport, Gaelic: Loch Sgioport, is located 12 miles north of Lochboisdale. The small hamlet of Lochskipport lies at the head of the loch, while Ornish Island lies in the entrance to the loch and a mile to the north is the lesser inlet of Loch Sheilavaig.
