Old Photographs Pier Campbeltown Scotland

Old photograph of the pier at Campbeltown, Scotland.Campbeltown Harbour, including its piers and quays, has a rich history rooted in its role as a vital port for the Kintyre peninsula, especially before the advent of widespread road and rail transport. It was a crucial link for sea routes to Glasgow, Ireland, and Liverpool, and served as a shelter port before the Crinan Canal.
