Tour Scotland wee video of photographs from a March small group tour of the cemetery in Abernyte in Perthshire, Scotland. The present church was built in 1736 to replace a building of pre-1400, although there may have been a Celtic church here much earlier. A north aisle was added 1800 The present cruciform shape was established in 1837 when the chancel was added and the church reorientated. Of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to visit one day.
