Bruadair is an immaculately presented Grade B listed, end terrace cottage on the outskirts of the town of Aberfeldy, surrounded by the stunning scenery in Highland Perthshire. Superbly appointed throughout, this Aberfeldy cottage is a perfect retreat for families and friends seeking stylish accommodation close to beautiful countryside. Set over three floors and immaculately decorated throughout, this Perthshire cottage has four bedrooms, the first floor of which has a king-size double boasting an en-suite shower room, as well as a second double room, plus there are two second floor twin rooms, which are accessed via a set of spiral stairs. The ground floor at this cottage in Aberfeldy contains a comfortable sitting room and a kitchen/diner with glazed doors opening onto a sun room, which then leads you out onto the garden. Outside this Aberfeldy cottage is a large rear lawn garden with a patio and this is the ideal place to relax and soak up the tranquil atmosphere. The town of Aberfeldy sits on Scotland's longest river, the River Tay, and is an excellent location to indulge in outdoor pursuits, such as fishing, walking the famous Birks of Aberfeldy, cycling, golfing and white water rafting. Other attractions in the area include Croft Moraig Standing Stone Circle, Wades Bridge, the Aberfeldy Watermill and the working whisky distillery at Dewar's World of Whisky and nearby Castle Menzies.

Farleyer House is the former Dower House for Castle Menzies and sits nestled on a gentle hillside overlooking the green and golden valley of the River Tay and is a wonderful spot for a family holiday, reunion or small wedding. The house was once a luxurious country house hotel and it is the west wing of the property that is available.

Capercaillie Cottage is situated on the outskirts of Aberfeldy a highland town in Central Perthshire, Capercaillie Cottage offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to eight people. Recently refurbished to a high standard with new furniture and appliances, you will be well situated for all the Highlands have to offer, superb scenery, magnificent low and high level walking, extreme sports, watersports on nearby Loch Tay, fishing, golf, touring or simply relaxing in the sunny and secure gardens within a level stroll from the town centre.

The Garden Cottage at Errichel Farm is situated in the beautiful grounds and gardens of Errichel House, with spectacular views of Highland Perthshire countryside, just 2 miles from Aberfeldy town centre. This traditional cottage is semi-detached, single storey, with a patio enjoying stunning views. Inside, there is an open living dining room with wood burning stove and views over the valley to the mountains beyond. The kitchen is small yet fully equipped and there is a TV/DVD player, and books and games in the living room to keep you amused on rainy days. The double bedroom is furnished with a beautiful super-kingsize bed, and ensuite bathroom. The single bedroom is furnished with bunk beds and has access to the family shower room. Linen and towels are provided, as are logs for the stove to get you started. The Cottage is on a private water supply and has full central heating. This is a very traditional little cottage which can sleep 3 adults comfortably or 2 adults and 2 children.
