Tour Scotland Hogmanay video of Torchlight Parade, tonight in Newburgh, Fife, Scotland. The March of the Oddfellows is a unique, annual, event held on New Year's Eve. Constituted in the early 19th centuary the oddfellows raise money for charities in Newburgh. It was very mild weather tonight in Newburgh, and a very enjoyable experience was had by participants and spectators alike.
