October 20th Video Blackwater River Scotland


October 20th video of Black Water River, Perthshire, Scotland. The Blackwater is a very prolific salmon river that fishes well given suitable conditions between the middle of May and 15 October. The river contains a variety of pools, including a lovely set of waterfalls and places for salmon to rest in all heights of water.

October 20th video of a drive up the A93 road towards Glenshee, Perthshire, Scotland. The A93 road, part of General Wade's military road from Perth to Fort George, runs north to Glenshee and beyond.

October 20th Photograph Netherton Church Scotland


October 20th photograph of Netherton Church, Perthshire, Scotland. Netherton Kirk sits by the River Ericht. The Church was built in 1891 to replace a mission cottage which had served for 43 years. Funds for the building were raised locally and local tradesman employed; the notable pitch pine woodwork was crafted by Bridge of Cally joiner Isaac Keay. Services are held at 6pm on the first and third Sundays of the month.
