Tour Scotland short 4K Winter travel video clip of a Scotsman wearing a kilt and sporran and walking in the rain by the River Devon and Rumbling Bridge gorge on ancestry, genealogy, history visit and trip to Perthshire, Britain, United Kingdom. The lower bridge was built in 1713 by William Gray, a mason from Saline. There is a good, well maintained path around the upper gorge waterfall and above the bridge is the Devil's Mill waterfall. At the Devil's Mill, the river runs through a rocky channel into a deep basin, descending into a cavity beneath where the rushing of water produces a roaring sound. The River Devon, formerly Dovan, Scottish Gaelic: Duibhe, is a tributary of the River Forth. Of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to visit one day. Find things to see and do in Scotland where you are always welcome. By the meteorological calendar, the first day of Winter is always 1st December in Scotland; ending on 28th of February. Officially, the Scottish winter runs from the 21st of December through to the 20th March
