Tour Scotland short 4K Autumn travel video clip of a Scotsman wearing a Kilt and Sporran and walking by the Loup of Fintry waterfall on ancestry, genealogy, family history visit and trip to Stirlingshire, Britain, United Kingdom. The Loup of Fintry is a picturesque series of falls where the River Endrick cascades over multiple rock levels between the Campsie Fells and the Fintry Hills. The name " Loup " is not a reference to a loop in the river, but comes from the Scots word for " leap " or " fall, " aptly describing the movement of the water. The river's flow is heavily influenced by the Carron Valley Reservoir upstream. The waterfall is at its most spectacular after a period of heavy rainfall or snow, when the water " leaps " over the edge with considerable power. In drier periods, it may only trickle. Autumn leaf color or colour is a phenomenon that affects the normally green leaves of many deciduous trees and shrubs by which they take on, during a few weeks in the Autumn season, various shades of red, yellow, purple, black, orange, pink, magenta, blue and brown. The phenomenon is commonly called autumn colours or autumn foliage in British English and fall colors, fall foliage or simply foliage in American. Of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to visit one day. Find things to see and do in Scotland where you are always welcome
