There have been numerous changes to the route of the A907 over the last century, with the introduction of roundabouts. The whole of the A907 actually runs all the way from Stirling to Kirkcaldy, passing through Clackmannanshire and Fife. It connects several towns and villages, including Alloa, Tullibody, Oakley, and Dunfermline. The road's history involves several changes, including renumbering and re-routing, particularly around Alloa and Kirkcaldy.
