Tour Scotland very short 4K travel video clip of a Scotsman wearing a kilt and and Sporran and walking on Smirisary Beach on ancestry, genealogy, history visit and trip to the coast of Moidart, Britain, United Kingdom. Smirisary was historically one of the most remote places in Scotland, with a small community of crofters. Like many other areas in the Highlands, Smirisary experienced a significant decline in population due to the Clearances, which involved forced evictions to make way for sheep farming. Some residents also emigrated, particularly to America and Cape Breton in Canada, seeking better opportunities. Public road access to Glenuig, and subsequently Smirisary, was not available until 1966. Smirisary is known for its beautiful white sandy beaches. Of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to visit one day. #scotland #shortsvideo #kilt #sporran #scotsman #beach #coast @tourscotland
