Tour Scotland 4K short Summer travel video clip, with Scottish bagpipes music, of the River Lochy on ancestry, genealogy, family history visit and trip to the West Highlands, Britain, United Kingdom. The River Lochy flows southwest along the Great Glen from Loch Lochy to Loch Linnhe at Fort William. The River Lochy was significantly impacted by the construction of the Caledonian Canal. It required the river to be diverted into a new channel for a portion of its length and then to utilize a section of the former Spean riverbed. The River Lochy is also associated with folklore, including tales of the " River Horse" or " Water King " and the " River Bull ", supernatural beings said to inhabit the waters. Of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to visit one day. Find things to see and do in Scotland where you are always welcome
