Tour Scotland short 4K Autumn travel video clip, with Scottish music, of home made Chunky Vegetable Soup with Baps on visit and trip to the Kitchen in my cottage in Scone by Perth, Perthshire, Britain, United Kingdom. A Scottish bap is a Scottish yeast bread roll. It is usually round in most areas of Scotland, but it can be made in other shapes. The Scottish bap is a food staple that may be eaten at any time of day in Scotland. This traditional Scottish Autumn or Winter Vegetable soup is so good on a cold day. 1-2tbsp butter, 1/2 large turnip, 2 large carrots, 4 medium potatoes, 1 onion, 1 small leek, handful of kale, 3 or 4tsp of salt, piece of beef rib, herbs which are optional, 2 or 3litres of water. It’s made with a hearty selection of seasonal Scottish root vegetables. Of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to visit one day. Find things to see and do in Scotland where you are always welcome. Meteorological Autumn or Fall is different from standard and astronomical Autumn and begins September 1 and ends November 30. The equinox at which the sun approaches the Southern Hemisphere, marking the start of astronomical Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere. The time of this occurrence is approximately September 22. @tourscotland #scotland #shorts #autumn
