Tour Scotland very short 4K wildlife nature camera travel video clip of the sight and sounds of a Rock Pipit running on rocks by the sea on visit to the coast of East Neuk of Fife, Britain, United Kingdom. The rock pipit is a large stocky pipit, larger than a meadow pipit and smaller than a starling. It is streaky olive-brown above and dirty white underneath with dark streaking. It breeds around the coast where there are rocky beaches and most of the birds which breed in the UK are residents, with only the young birds dispersing once they become independent. You can see rock pipits on rocky shorelines around the UK as they hop, walk and run foraging for food among the boulders. Birds are sometimes seen perched on prominent rocks. Of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to visit one day. Find things to see and do in Scotland where you are always welcome. Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing.
