Summer Parish Church With Music On History Visit To Drymen Scotland

Tour Scotland 4K Summer travel video clip, with Scottish music, of the Parish Church on ancestry, genealogy, family history visit and trip to Drymen, Stirlingshire, about 15 miles north of Glasgow, Britain, United Kingdom. The present church stands on a site which has been a centre of Christian worship for many hundreds of years, possibly since the 11th Century. An ancient graveyard, in the Scottish tradition, is sited to the south of the Church and contains headstones recording burials from the 17th century to the 1890’s. Drymen is pronounced drimin not dry men. Of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to visit one day All photographs are copyright of Sandy Stevenson, Tour Scotland, and may not be used without permission.
