Tour Scotland 4K short travel video clip of the Robert Lee Memorial, with Scottish music, in Greyfriars Tolbooth Highland Kirk on ancestry, genealogy, family history visit to Edinburgh. In the middle of the 19th century, the Reverend Robert Lee, then minister of Old Greyfriars, led a movement to change the worship, introducing the first post-Reformation stained glass windows in a Presbyterian church in Scotland, and also one of the first organs. He received considerable criticism at the time, but most of his proposals were subsequently widely accepted in the Church of Scotland. The surname name Lee was carried to England in the enormous movement of people that followed the Norman Conquest of 1066. The Lee family lived in any of the various places named Leigh in England.
