Winter Kelpies Horse Sculptures On History Visit To Forth And Clyde Canal Falkirk Scotland

Tour Scotland 4K Winter travel video, with Scottish music, of The Kelpies by the Forth and Clyde Canal on ancestry visit to Falkirk. The kelpie is a supernatural water horse from Celtic folklore that is believed to haunt the rivers and lochs of Scotland and Ireland. These Kelpies represent the lineage of the heavy horse of Scottish industry and economy, pulling the wagons, ploughs, barges and coal ships that shaped the geographical layout of the Falkirk area. Officially, the Scottish winter runs from the 21st of December through to the 20th March. All photographs are copyright of Sandy Stevenson, Tour Scotland, and may not be used without permission.
