Queen's View On History Visit To Loch Tummel Highland Perthshire Scotland

Tour Scotland short travel video clip, with Scottish music, of Queen's View overlooking Loch Tummel on ancestry, genealogy, history visit to Highland Perthshire. This Scottish viewpoint was made famous by Queen Victoria in 1866. It is also claimed that the view was originally named after Queen Isabel, wife of Robert the Bruce. Loch Tummel, Scottish Gaelic: Loch Teimheil, gives its name to the Loch Tummel National Scenic Area, one of 40 such areas in Scotland, which are defined so as to identify areas of exceptional scenery.
