Old Photograph Railway Station Barry Links Scotland


Old travel Blog photograph of the railway station at Barry Links, located West of Carnoustie, Scotland. The station was opened on 31 July 1851 by Dundee and Arbroath Railway, and was named Barry. The station was renamed to its current name on 1 April 1919. The station is managed by Abellio ScotRail and is on the Edinburgh to Aberdeen Line. In 2017/18 it was the second least used station in the United Kingdom with only 52 passenger entries/exits during the year.
