Tour Scotland Travel Video An Tèid Thu Leam A Rìbhinn Òg Gaelic Song

Tour Scotland travel video Blog of the An Tèid Thu Leam A Rìbhinn Òg Gaelic song by the Gaelic Choir on ancestry visit to Dundee, Tayside, Scotland.

An tèid thu leam, a rìbhinn òg,
A rìbhinn òg, a rìbhinn òg,
An tèid thu leam, a rìbhinn òg,
A-null gu tìr nam beanntan?

Chì thu 'n ròs a' fàs fon driùchd,
'S a' mhil ag èirigh suas na smùid,
Is eòin nan geug a' seinn dhuinn ciùil
Le sunnd an tìr nam beanntan.

Chì thu 'n gleann san robh mi òg,
Nuair bha mo chridhe maoth gun ghò,
Mun d' fhuair mi eòlas riamh air bròn,
No leòn an tìr nam beanntan.

Chì thu creagan gruamach àrd,
Na neòil a' sguabadh air am bàrr;
Bidh fuaim nan allt a' ruith le gàire
Gu tràigh, an tìr nam beanntan.

Chì thu òighean bòidheach, ciùin,
Chaidh àrach ann an glinn mo rùin,
Gu maiseach, fìnealt, glan gun smùr,
Cho ùr an tìr nam beanntan.

Gheibh thu càirdeas, blàths is mùirn,
Is chì thu coibhneas anns gach sùil;
Tha iochd is bàigh a' snàmh an gnùis
Gach dùil tha 'n tìr nam beanntan.

Tìr nam fiùran fearail, fial,
Nach tug an cùil ri nàmhaid riamh,
Bidh cliù, cho fad 's a dh'èireas grian,
Air iarmad tìr nam beanntan.

Ged chaidh an sgaoileadh anns gach ceàrn,
Air feadh gach tìr mun iadh an sàil,
Bidh cuimhne aca le aigne blàth,
Gu bràth air tìr nam beanntan.

Siùbhlaidh sinn, matà, le deòin,
Tha 'n samhradh caoin air teannadh oirnn,
Tha choille 's am fraoch is blàth an fheòir
Nan glòir an tìr nam beanntan.

Will you go with me, my young girl, Young girl,
young girl,
Will you go with me, my young girl, Go
down to the hillside?

You can see the rose grows below the thigh,
Thousands rise up the steam, And the
birds of the birds sing to us music
With the beauty of the mountains.

You can see the glen where I was young,
When my heart was a stomach,
Before I had ever heard of grief,
Do not hurt the mountains.

You can see tall rocks,
The clouds blow on their crops;
The sound of the stream runs with laughter
Beach, the mountain landscape.

You can see beautiful, calm, beautiful eggs ,
It was brought up in my glens,
To be elegant, sweet, smooth, clean,
The newest of the mountains.

You will find friendship, warmth and sorrow,
You will see kindness in every eye;
Squirrels and swings swim in front
Every expectation is the landscape of the mountains.

Land of faithful faith, generous,
Never rendered the enemy to ever, There is a
reputation, as long as sun
rises , After the mountains of the mountains.

Although they were spread in every corner,
Across all lands around the sea,
They will remember with a warm mind,
Ever on the mountains.

We travel, mother, with devotion,
Summer cries are tightening to us,
The heather and the heather are warm in the grass The
glory of the hill country.
